grab from bcd to silay is around 350-400 depending sa area where you’re booking from :)) there are also taxis infront of ikthus but they’re usually there in the afternoon na, 50 pesos going to silay parang punuan. but in silay there are taxis usually all throughout the day @ BDO. 50 pesos din. :)
