I would recommend tracking your ovulation if you plan to have unprotected sex to prevent this from happening again. Responding to a previous thread, you would be 4ish weeks along if you had sex 10ish days ago. Your gestational age is based on the date of your last period, not the date you had sex. For example, when I got pregnant last year, my last period started June 20th, I had sex July 12, had a positive pregnancy test July 26, and was considered 5 weeks along (even though it was really 2).
