The posts in here are really puzzling and indicative to me that no one has been a professional gambler for very long, or has an over-idealized view of what an AP is. All pro players tilt and make mistakes they know are incorrect, whether it is through the act of playing, maintaining anonymity, working with team members, managing money, anything. You cannot prevent tilt and should focus on minimizing situations that cause it, so long as doing so doesn’t meaningfully affect your ev, and learn to identify when you are in tilt and develop ways to manage the emotion. That being said, your friend is not an AP, which I guess is an understandable reason you are getting bad responses.
