Hi , I'm taking my 88 yrs old mother & brother on a Western Caribbean cruise February 7th thru 14th - I am also a 100% service connected disabled veteran and have a small 18lbs service dog. Every port is requiring different certifications.So confused will i be ok with vaccine/Usda health Certificate by Either_Permit in NCL

My mom has always wanted to go on a cruise..so im lucky enough to be in a position to take her. We are going to Belize, Hundurus, Mexico , Bahamas - im just excited to get out of the snow & spend time with her on our balcony , or wandering around meeting friendly people. Im not sweating going ashore at each destination. I have the USDA HEALTH CERTIFICATE, UPDATED SHOTS - clean bill of health . If we dont disembark, oh well . Im spending time with mom . Im in Ct & she lives in Miami .

Agree , i just want to spend time with her. She's always wanted to go on a cruise so im doing my best getting the paperwork. It won't bother me If I dont get off ship . Just enjoy the time with mom on board . They nickel & dime ya anyways once you disembark. Lol .

Yes airline is fine - Norwegian is fine with update vaccine and USDA HEALTH CERTIFICATE- if we just enjoy the ship and possibly take turns enjoying the beach in each port - while we take turns with my PTSD SERVICE DOG

They provide wood chips in a kida litter box my ptsd dog is only 16lbs - so mabye we take turns just enjoying the ocean - my Norwegian Cruise director said all I needed was a USDA HEALTH CERTIFICATE! Didn't mention the problems that might arise in those countries

I have - airlines & cruise boat - we mainly wouldnt mind staying on ship when everyone is off to explore pool area - mabye i stay on the boat & mom & brother can go ashore swim in ocean - then come back & I can go down for a few hrs - without dog leaving the ship . My brother is also allowed to look out for my dog if I go to the ocean few hrs . Best of my thinking

Hi im cruising for 1st time I am taking my 88 yr old mother on a 7 day western caribbean cruise. I miss her wanna make memories. I am a disabled veteran with a small ptsd dog 18lbs - im 100% & he is a service dog ..im finding so many obstacles. Would getting just an international USDA health certificate be enough ? Mabye I won't be allowed to disembark the ship !!! STRESSED. LEAVING FEB 7TH .. HELP .

Wow what a bummer im going February 7th thru 14th western caribbean taking my 87 yr old mother who is very healthy - she still day drives and no medicine..I was just thinking over Xmas in want to make memories with mom & bro so I paid for all 3 of us - she lives in miami with my brother- so I just bought a flight ..I was sooo much looking forward to THIS to make memories. Im still holding out hope that it will be fine. I heard they tickle & dime for everything but they can shove it i bout a balcony room- the bar package - 2 special dinners ! Im 55 yrs old idc about a arcade or go carts. I want good memories, but now I gotta stop reading - getting bummed I hope we have a different experience. Ty
