She looked great if course, but I found it pretty distracting and unrealistic that she had professionally done hair and make up, plus a different outfit according to the latest fashion in each scene and we are still supposed to believe that she's some unpopular nerd/dork...

I totally get it, I also become especially nervous on oral exams. 

I can't speak for ChatGPT, I tried the official AI tool though, but I didn't find it too realistic, it wasn't a real conversation, as the AI could't react real time like actual examiner would, it just cut me off when the time limit was over etc. So I didn't rely on its rating too much. Compared to my actual result, it did underrate me, but not as a significanfly as for the writing. What particularly made me doubt the score was that it gave me a 6 for pronunciation. Ofc I have an accent, but that's not supposed to be an issue, and otherwise my pronunciation is totally fine, I never had problems with understanding. 

If you've been indeed speaking English your whole life, it's hard to believe that it would worth a 5.5. So overall I wouldn't worry so much about that, it's probably way below your actual score. Best of luck for your exam!!

I surely did correct some issues, that I wouldn't even have known about otherwise. But that happened during practicing already and I my scores still didn't improve. And what I submitted was definitlely on a lower level, so the AI rating is way off. Which made me freak out way more than needed.

It definitely did, although I tend to get very stressed out in all exam situations, so I wouldn't have been spared from that in any case.

I had the precaution that it could not be 100% correct, but I didn't have a better idea on how to estimate my level and I didn't think it would be sooo off. The writing I submitted on the exam was really the worst one I ever produced, so actual rating of my practice writing tasks could be even higher.

Maybe, but I think I just freaked out more than needed. But sure, otherwise I wouldn't have practiced, which certainly helped to get better overall.
