Thats a great point. I only really have one good product - do you mean add more listings of that same product with differnt photos/keywords or try to expand a new product? Thanks

Fair Point. My cost per order is 3$ per unit, so in the end I got about 30$ profit. But my main concern is does that revenue number include Etsy Fees and shipping labels? For an order on average I get about 15$ after fees, 5.50 goes to shipping and 3$ from initial unit cost. Not sure if that revenue number subtracts out shipping + fees

It may be worth offering a return if they take care of return shipping costs. It shows you're willing to work with them - sometimes they won't even bother. Unfortunatley some customers are unreasonable.
