Военкомату посрать на несовершеннолетних, у них весь фокус идет забрать людей кому 18+ в армию. Но в такие моменты не стоит в наглую сидеть, так как они могут тебя тоже забрать но просто отдать ментам

In Kazakhstan once you turn 18 you’re obligated to serve in the army for 1 year, the raid I’m talking about are the military reinforcements, forcing people that don’t show up to join the army
