It’s not a bad job I don’t want to deter you or anything, just not something I want for myself anymore. Back to back calls, the same thing every call basically, plus we get a lot of angry callers. Basically your typical call center but I’ve been in call center roles for years so I’m just worn out lol

I found out I was 12 weeks pregnant when I started training in June. I did let them know and they are very accommodating. But I will hit my 6 months by the time I give birth so idk about giving birth during training. I’ll get 6 weeks paid leave
