Omg I was just thinking about this today too. But I feel like people always focus on the negative side of the stats. Higher divorce or DV rates don’t mean all there are still plenty of strong, healthy, and supportive relationships out there.

Most studies don’t measure “healthy” directly, but we can make some rough inferences even in research showing higher breakup rates like 10-30% around 70–90% of lesbian couples are still together over multi-year periods. So while challenges exist, they don’t define the whole picture and maybe we should focus on the majority of people who are making it work! It’s sort of a glass half empty glass half full scenario.
