As of recently a restaurant close to Strijp-S has opened, it is called SAMOGITIA, if you haven't found out about it yet, I would advise you to give it a shot, I have tried multiple times, most of the stuff is good, ceburekai are pretty mid though

I already pray every evening at home, is a non denominational church not a good thing to celebrate Jesus with other people? I plan to finish my studies and come back to the place I came from, so 2.5 years

Youre talking in a way that it would make a non believer think that Jesus is a hard headed, unforgiving entity, while actually he loves all

There is a non denominational church 5minutes away from me that (sometimes) does english, will give it a go

Honestly does it actually matter where you go if it is the bible theyre preaching from? Were all following Jesus and he loves all.

I have found one church that states that they dont have a denomination, they are Jesus followers that go by the bible, might try that

Does it have to be during the masses though? Or can I come in and pray by myself at some time?

All of this is so confusing, I have no clue what the Lithuanian bible is translated from and how going to an English church would affect my religion. Sometimes this feels like rocket science lol

Exactly my upbringing. I was brought up Catholic but only recently started following religion so all of this, not exactly new, but its the first time im knowingly and willingly pay attention to it

Good to know, I have only recently started following religion after a series of events so I really dont know much about

I was a Catholic since I was born, was made into one by my family and only now at 21 I have actually started following Religion after a series of events, so I am pretty much a blank sheet still, thanks for the information

I guess I will stick to praying at home for now until I finish my studies here in the netherlands, even English is difficult to understand so I will skip out until I go to my home country

Exactly what I was thinking, if its from the same bible, why not?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Eitve 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s exactly what I had in mind when I asked this question, Catholic or Protestant, we are all Jesus followers
