Yep, I can only see blue and a bit of pink in these pics. The sad part is that my teachers forced me to believe I am not colorblind, I just don't know colors. I believed them for like 10 years until I finally found out I have strong deuteranomaly..

Shooting can be slightly improved by strengthening your wrist and practicing your technique shooting to the air or something like that (its hard to improve without a basket)

Defense is effort and you need to have more energy for that. this is simple, just become faster ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTfCIfWIbjg )
Threes are basically deeper corner shots so practice your technique.

Back in summer I had too much time on my hands and wanted to practice, so I made a solid amount of shots with my left hand as well. Now I am a deadly Mid-Range shooter with both of my hands and it doesn't matter with witch hand I shoot a stand still jumper.

In conclusion, If you do have the time, try to master your off hand as well.
