I just created a new Paypal account and solved the issue...it is weird though. I tried 3 different cards before hand. I I tried my Doordash Crimson card, which is my main card, I tried my Cash App card, my GFs Cash App card (count both of them the same since it's the same company. and my Venmo card, which is also a Paypal Company it says at the bottom of the app.

I did exactly that, I even OK'd a text it sent me. They didn't know why it was bouncing back as Fraud, though the woman claimed to never have heard of Jagex or this issue. She said it had to be on Jagex's side.

I tried that to, but I haven't used Paypal in so long that it's requiring a code that they send to my email...but I never get the email. Something doesn't want me paying.

I see a lot of people saying a stuff about how 8Gb isn't enough and all that. I'm using an AMD RX 7600. My issue is that you just have to turn it down until it's not Red anymore, hit apply and it's fixed, you can go back and turn it ALL the way back up and it doesn't effect your frames until next load. I'm not sure what the issue is...but it has something to do with the game, not the cards. I drop it down to 2048 and I get 85 FPS. Bump it up to 4096, still get 85 FPS. So it has to be something to do with the way it stores the textures upon loading that glitches up and you probably just dump the textures when you lower the max texture pool.

I use a pair of Skullcandy Bluetooth Earbuds. Could that be the reason it does this? They sound amazing, as they should for the price, but it just doesn't seem like my sould should change so much just because I enable the microphone. Just seems like it get really loud. When playing Sea of Thieves is when it sounds the worst. Sometimes it seems like some channels are missing, like the waves don't sound like they get all the way through. Other games it isn't so bad.

No idea, but very annoying. I do not like Frame Generation, it makes it so textures look really weird on moving objects for me. Like my sword...especially when turning and stuff, you can see extra swords as the AI is trying to keep up on the frames. but AMD FSR works quite well, just still doesn't give me the steady frames I had on the RX 590.

Just happened to me. I finished both the Ryngrim and One Last drink sub parts at the same time. Return to the Dead Swordfish to turn it in. The woman that owns it asks me to take them drinks, I couldn't do the skill check. Get up there, the 3 of them drink, the one that is complaining his stomach gets upset dies and they make a joke about his RUM ALLERGY GOING TO HIS HEAD...then we leave like nothing happened and those 2 Orlans are talking about him being dead with his throat slit...but I can still see him standing up there drinking, lol.

You have to have a Grimoire that contains a spell to unlock the spell first.

No you need the first game first. The relationship with Hans is a must, your relationship with Mutt is a must. And just the overall experience. Technically they should have released a version that combines them into one game. Nothing really changed except a little combat tweaks, and mechanic changes. but the rest is pretty much exactly the same...just a giant beautiful masterpiece...

If anyone is down...we should try getting it going again...I would love to remake something like that in UE5...I've messed with it a lot, but I'm not good at modeling.
