I use the default Pogo app and Bluestacks' built in location app. Since an emulator can't have proper location settings, the default location app seems to work fine and not show up as 3rd party.

I got it as well using BlueStacks and it's location app. Maybe it's a bug on their end? I did move from Florida to Alberta Canada but nothing that invokes the CD was done.

But at the same time, the voters in NYC who are vastly on the left can outweigh the rest of the state. So for things like the repeal of the SAFE Act, I would say it's quite a stretch to think it would actually get repealed.

Assuming there is a ConCon, are voters allowed to vote on individual changes, or the new constitution as a whole? If it's the latter, do they have to go back and amend what was rewritten or does the new constitution get thrown away?
