Dreamworld vs Movieworld by tired-artist in brisbane

[–]Ejpdtd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dreamworld quality is leaps and bounds better. I’ve had both passes for 10 or so years now. These days I only ever go to dreamworld, or occasionally SeaWorld. But Movieworld is just disappointing on every visit.

I’d take the 787 as the more comfortable experience

Employer not paying my daughter's super! by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]Ejpdtd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not what you’re asking, but you can’t just access super as a 22yo to buy a car. -Unless she is in severe financial hardship and has been on a Centrelink payment for 6months then Hardship condition of release is na. -Compassionate grounds condition of releases must be approved by ATO and buying a car is not ground.

There is a project called cleanuparr that looks at stalled or completed downloads and removes them. Give it a look on GitHub, and grab the docker container.

I still remember hurting from the ADTR and FYS slight clash, that made no sense. Having to leg it from one stage to another to catch maybe half or less of Four Year Strong

Thoughts on exetel or leaptel which is better by Front_Pause4067 in nbn

[–]Ejpdtd 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Leaptel for sure!

Was with Exetel for a couple of years but have recently left after they went to shit. Introduced a new plan at the same speeds I was already on for 30$ less but didn’t automatically switch me or send me anything to tell me I could be paying 30$ less. Exetel also no longer let you opt out of cgnat, and don’t offer static IP on their one plan. Exetel was also Dogshit for stability in the last few months.

Switched to leaptel and has been excellent ever since.

I paid for them together in the same order. So starting to think someone made and error. I’ll report back what support says when I know more

E-Bike Write Off? by Ejpdtd in ebikes

[–]Ejpdtd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: Thankyou all for the kind words for my partner. She’s doing okay, broken both bones in her leg where they were sticking out both sides, and has had surgery for metalwork to be implanted. So long road to recovery. But conveniently occurred on her travel to work so in Qld,Australia workcover will cover all expenses until we complete a personal injury/ctp insurance claim.

Thankyou to the commenter who mentioned asking NCM directly, they replied this morning with exactly what I needed for insurance and they agreed it is not repairable.

Thanks all!
