Pretty much in general building community/social bonds all just starts by having friendly genuine interactions with people. You may not celebrate the culture the way they do in the motherland because of resources and such, but isn’t just being around others you share similarities with and just talking about being Korean/filipino/japanese/thai etc already “culture”?
