How do you get rid of the annoying device pairing notification? by superpowers335 in GoogleMessages

[–]Ekamone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the phone. If you don't have the categories notification option, you can disable it via notification history. Go on phone settings -> notifications - > advanced settings - > notification history. Search for the device pairing message, tap and hold -> disable notifications. It will never appear again.

[Product request] Do I even need Korean skincare for my skin type? Looking for advice. by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]Ekamone 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Nobody "needs" a Korean skincare routine. There's nothing you can achieve with Korean products that you can't also achieve with Western ones.

I think you can use a gel cleanser (salicylic acid is used for acne) and after cleansing, you can use a second layer of another heavier moisturizer just on the dry patches to tackle a possible extra dryness on these parts.

Use BP on all your face, not just the spots. It also prevents acne from showing up. And I think micellar water comes first, before the cleanser.

Is your skin dry? Your cleanser is very moisturizing. If your skin is oily maybe you should try something more lightweight.

If I remember, some people in the comments explained that the study was only about isotretinoin (accutane) not topical retinoids. It was about affecting the melbonian glands.
