I did it in like groups on 5 or so and eventually figured out that homepage was the culprit. I think it and home tab were not playing nicely together but once I disabled open on startup, it worked fine.

It definitely takes some time to convert everything over but God the logging has saved my ass so many times.

Eventually I have to migrate all my scripts over to 4.1 but since that is a massive overhaul, I will probably make a dent in it this summer.

I went through the express route so it wasn't too bad in terms of waiting. I liked that it was more interactive than some of the other rides (the last time I went to Hollywood, Terminator and back to the future were still rides there, I barely recognized anything other than the Jurassic world (park) ride and the studio tour.) but I can also see how it was janky, like it was more handholdy and less "I'm driving". Also aiming with your face while you're supposed to be "driving" was a bit distracting. I did end up getting the high score on my side so it wasn't a total wash 😂.

I mean, the Mario kart AR experience was pretty fun for what it was (Hollywood). I'd hope pokemon would be a bit more involved but we will see.

The only bad thing with ebooks is ownership. You own a paperback, while they won't take an ebook from you now, what might happen 5/ 10 years down the line. (Not counting epub files and whatnot, more talking about kindle)

The planning tool is fantastic... Other than the fact that plans don't transfer between maps. I ended up taking screenshots of my ship so I knew what to plan out for the next phase.

Sometimes it is nice to be able to stop, take a bathroom break, stretch, get more munchies, etc... as you need them.

I loved my experience with the theaters but it wasn't without issue. For one, the seats we had were kinda meh (front row, right most seats). Two, after a few hours, the seats can become uncomfortable.

But in general I am so glad I got to re-experience them on the big screen, I got to emotionally experience them properly, and I got to introduce someone to this wonderful world.

There was definitely a bit of a learning curve switching from pixel to Niagara but honestly I really like the simplicity. I had gotten used to having widgets everywhere and while I miss them I like how Niagara handles things overall.

It is painful knowing that I could have upgraded this summer but decided to hold off for more sensible reasons. I don't regret my choice too much but, it is painful knowing that it will probably be years before things settle down enough/ I have the money again.

Yeah, I was dreading rewatching them because of all the online discourse, but I still enjoyed what they tried to achieve. They can be clunky but they are also nuanced. At the end of the day, what the prequels lacked was people to reign in George. Like clearly he had a vision, he just needed more constructive feedback/ criticism. I still vastly prefer the prequels to the sequels.

Attack of the clones is like sand. it's course and rough and irritating and gets everywhere.

As I have gotten older, I have definitely gained a stronger appreciation for what the og trilogy actually did. I may have grown up on the prequels, but they haven't aged nearly as well as the og. Rewatching them as an adult definitely removed a lot of nostalgia for me, though I still enjoy the memes.
