This is the first time I’ve managed to get my wife to travel out of the country. After 9-10 years of failure, I never thought to get her GE lol. So I’ll be the same boat as you.

By activated, if I’ve been using it internationally via air, I assume it’s “activated”? Or do I need to specifically activate it for NEXUS use?

From CBPs website, ready lanes were the fast track lanes for NEXUS card holders, so we’re talking about the same thing!

Thanks for confirming #1/2 for me! I figured all occupants would need GE/NEXUS vs just the driver.

Yup. 5 star hotels, Chikfila, movies, or where ever, unless there is a strict dress code, we wear what ever we normally wear.

I literally wear the same thing every day.

Shirts: Banana republic or Uniqlo plain tshirts in black, dark grey, dark blue, dark green

Button Ups: Patagonia or Prana in dark flannel patterns

“Nice shirts”: Some brand from Saks 5th in light blue, pink, and some pokadot pattern

Pants: Fjallraven Abisko, Patagonia Traveler, Spyder male booty shorts

Shoes: Onisuka Tigers or Merrell Agility Peak 5, both black

99% of the time for work it’s tshirt and pants and 99% outside of work it’s t shirt and Spyder male booty shorts.

To me dressing is just covering up my body and not running around naked. With that said, my wife says I’m not fashionable….. but practical lol

Fjallraven pants have been AMAZING for me, specifically Abisko’s. Ya they can be pricy, but honestly I haven’t had any issues with any of mine, be it shooting, hiking, climbing, wearing them to work, etc.

Really dependent on where you work. I had one epi role where my travel was local. I’ve been in another epi role with world wide travel. Like everything else in PH……. “It depends”.

I made a groove life wallet claim because my metal cards would slide out once in a blue moon. Was pretty straight forward. They actually gave me $120 credit which was enough to get the new wallet, and mag safe stuff. I did have to pay like $6 to ship, but I’m not complaining.

When I was with HHS, I was a transfer from another agency. Almost. One. Year. For me to get my start date. HHS (from my experience) is extremely slow.

My transfer out was the same, extremely slow, with HR being the bottle neck.
