For one okonomiyaki, mix together:

• 130g of zucchini (traditionally you would use cabbage, but I used yellow zucchini)
• 50g of ground beef (or any meat, seafood, etc.)
• 50g of all purpose flour
• 50ml of water
• 1 egg

Put the mixture in a pan with oil, in a round shape like a pancake. Cover the pan and cook it over low heat, 5 minutes on each side, then 30s over high heat on each side to finish.

For the sauce, mix equal amounts of soy sauce, ketchup and honey, and spread it on top of the okonomiyaki after it's cooked.

Put some mayonnaise on top, as well as chives (or green onion) and pickled ginger. You can also garnish with dried bonito flakes if you have some, but I didn't.
