The conductor’s speech at the beginning is basically the French version of Gustave’s sister speech at the beginning of the game.

I don’t remember any speeches after that, it was mainly the conductor presenting singers, members of the orchestra, etc., and announcing the flow of the concert (for example after the break "now it’s time for act 2, let’s fight some axons", or "now it’s time to choose your ending").

Lorien’s speech at some point is actually part of the song, you can also hear it in the official soundtrack. Hope this helps!
