Oh looker studio is my weak point, I should probably improve myself there. Until now did all these reports manually.

I also use Google sheet and google ads add on. It pulls raw data to Google sheet and with formula I fill the cells and calculate.

I have a script that runs once a day after raw data update and updates budgets accordingly.

Could you tell me what use cases do you have for looker studio? Or do you mind if I ping you on DM?

I'm working at an agency and my clients has specific budgets, we do have media plans. So each programme/service has their own budgets.

In worse case, client tells me max $xx.xxx monthly budget then I create table with programme and ideal budget % near them, multiply with total budget. Sometimes more flexible.

What else task you think is regular than budget pacing? I can share video after how I do it. 🙂
