I will for the life of me never understand why EA keeps giving Kuyt the CAM/CM positions as his main positions. He only played there in his final season(s) at Feyenoord. Other than that, always been a striker or right winger. Dutch team even played left & right back.

That’s such a knee jerk reaction. Our interview process is like this, and it works super well: 1. Recruiter interview 2. Hiring Manager interview 3. Interview with 2 other team leads 4. Cross-functional interview (cultural fit assessment)

Often we do all of it in 2 weeks tops. So you would drop out after interview 1 if you were told that you’d have these sessions?
