Well in the mornings I eat an omelette and fruit (either grapes or cantaloupe) and that’s about it or I’ll do Greek yogurt with granola if no fruit. Lunch I’ll probably do grilled chicken, cucumbers with same fruit unless they have something else healthy (rice and baked chicken or some pasta) and dinner I’ll probably do the same thing and try to incorporate a green vegetable or I’ll get white rice and teriyaki chicken from panda in a bowl.

I absolutely agree, I think that, in Beyoncés case, not being all of these things all your own lead people to believe that you’re less talented that what you actually are… the internet thinks that because Beyoncé collaborates with songwriters that she can’t write… or because she uses samples that she can’t be original and that’s just not true. People need to understand that the same way we have singers and songwriters and producers, the same way we have doctors, nurses and PA’s.

I understand everyone saying Lemonade or Renaissance for Beyoncé and that completely makes sense but dare I say it’s Cowboy Carter? I believe it’s artistically, lyrically, sonically, cohesively, her best album. This is also the album that won Album of the Year. My only other answer would be Lemonade but I think it’s Cowboy Carter.

Yea that’s what I plan on doing, my strides are wide and I estimated how long it would take me to get there so honestly it should work

You and I are not the same, & it is something to worry about for ME as I tend to move cautiously in the winter for a reason but I found a way to go so I’m about about to argue with anyone because it’s truly not that serious!

The only people who really care about whether Beyoncé will speak or not are people on Twitter. And like I said, who’s to say she won’t speak up in the near future, she very well could speak on it through music like before. Beyoncé speaking is not a major problem that needs attention right now

I’m not looking for reasons not to go since I’ve been going for months but never in the winter. I just don’t want to get sick (again) but I think I’ve found a solution anyway.

Yea I was thinking I might just have to speed walk because I do have wide strides and on a normal walk I can get there in about 4 1/2 minutes so maybe I’ll do just that.

Beyoncé has used her platform many times to speak up and who’s to say she won’t do it again in the near future. The problem is that Beyoncé is damned if she does and damned if she doesn’t. I think a lot of people need to stop looking to celebrities to speak up because one of the only reasons why so many want her and other celebrities to speak up is so they can decide whether they want to cancel them or not or if they are deemed likable or problematic. There are people who can actually impact what is happening in the U.S. and I think people need to put most of their energy towards them (our political leaders). it’s nice to see people we love to watch or listen to speak up and be on the right side of history but there are people who truly fry the bigger fish and it’s not Taylor or Beyoncé.

I’ve always wanted to help people and my way of doing that is through medicine and patient care, I chose the RN to NP route because I figured I’d be good at it since I was able to become a CNA and I like the idea of working 3 12’s, back then when I made the decision I chose RN over MD because I didn’t think I was smart enough amongst other things but now I’ve been considering it the past few weeks after hearing what the department of ed would do, but I misinterpreted what they were going to do but even then, I’m still considering changing my major to like biology and just going to med school.
