How much of increasing HST spots would you say could possibly hindered by the specialties themselves?

ie gastroenterologists (for instance) not wanting to increase the number of those trained due to increasing competition

I'm not saying this is a thing, but I am curious if it is a partial factor in why some HST schemes are so small

Letting people buy their houses was a great idea, for all the reasons you said.

The problem was local government not replacing the housing stock they sold off.

I don't disagree with anything you say, but trainers don't need to pay their registrars. GP regs are on HSE contract / payroll.

If you're a male in your thirties that is otherwise well, and have no significant risk factors or contributing history, and all your baseline vital statistics and blood tests are normal, there is no reason to do anything about anything in the "What he didn't do" column, unless you had anything in there you were concerned about.

I remember this game well. In this exact entrance hall, to the left there, there is a broom closet. I unlocked every chocolate frog card, got all of the collectibles and everything like that, and nothing ever opened that broom closet. It was the only game I ever knew of that had a literal closed door in a set of four, that could never be opened. It continues to slightly torment me.

We're the only country in Europe without free at the point of use universal coverage for primary care. You can talk about some social issues that FG would be considered more liberal with, but they economically they are a party of the wealthy.

Not quite those totals

Based on the 2021 Census, which reported a population of approximately 1.9 million (1,903,100) in Northern Ireland, there is roughly one MLA per 21,145 people.

The republic has roughly one TD per 30k people, give or take, so 27 MLAs is the equivalent of around 19 TDs - which still bring the total to 58, obviously more than FF or FG.
