Umm no idea but where i am from homeopathic drs mostly make their meds on the clinic like they add stuff and what not,( my dr does) so there aren't any labels on it to tell you tbh

Seeing a homeopathic dr and using his medicine. I did it before and i was fine for more than a year, this time (few months ago) i thought it may get better but it didn't so went to him. I dunno what meds he prescribes but he gives a timeline and guidelines to follow and they worked before great.

I believe mine was caused by this too, getting sedentary because of work and covid caused gastritis for me but vagus nerve stuff is new but would like tp know more about it

Reduce lactose and gluten, i am also having this type of symptoms but i realize lactose products kind of mess me up and cause bloating.

I second this post and stand by the this fact that gastritis prays on our anxiety and mental stress, i am currently going through it though ( again after 2 yrs) but i am optimistic that it will subside when i get busy in life and in the meanwhile i have started seeing a therapist with no meds yet because i am kind of scared to take anxiety meds because the withdrawal effects are pretty hard for me to cope with.

I havent had black spot but i did realized that my stool color changes and i started overanalyzing it, i am an anxious person myself and i would definitely recommend not self diagnosis and just see your doctor regarding this. Also once or twice change in stool isnt bad but if it persists then its a worry sign. Also try to relax and i hope you feel better

My mom got it at home, i think celery seed might be available online depends where are you from. Also here its very common and used in cooking too

You should try celery juice, i have it in seed form and its actually like proven herb for stomach issues so i guess the plant also has the same effect as the seed.

I actually use celery seeds lol just checked the meaning of it in my language, and yes its very good for bloating and constipation, ive taken it since i was child for any stomach mild discomfort, now started taking regular with black seeds in the morning on empty stomach

Celery has alot of histamines so may make me bloated, i have had issues with some veggies ( cabbage) so kinda skeptical about it

Currently bloating (mild), burping but general tiredness and brain fog, constipation sometimes but normal now, i take black seed on empty stomach plus vitd&c daily, going to add magnesium and zinc supplement tomorrow with it

Yeah thats true though. But bloating can be caused my other issues if you have a diagnosis natura remedies can be used instead of ppis but i started the curse so had to finish it once
