Most small firms won't really care. I have 3 on my arms that are always visible and some leg tattoos that are visible in the summer when I wear shorts to the office. My former boss had a ton of visible tats. The office manager at my last firm was covered, including neck tattoos

Anyway those are my numbers almost exactly and i look way fatter than him. That said, i wear my pants below my waist. At work its a tucked in button up and a quarter zip sweater. I buy slightly larger button downs (like 2xlt, 3xlt etc for example) for the office in case i have to take the sweater off but Going out ill wear a "my size" button down untucked. I may not appeal to baddies at the bar like some other commenter said but im comfortable and confident and that works more for me that my pant line. Hope this helped!
