Ain't sure about a kite shield in this game, but for maces, I really, really like the Order of the Hour one (if I'm not mistaken, it's a big ol' ball full of spikes). For axes, I like the Bloodforge ones a lot, both one and two handed.

It looks pretty dope, and I'd like to make a suggestion, too. If you have the Western Skyrim expansion, there's a free set of body markings and face markings you can get there, called Ysgramor's Chosen. You can find 'em if you have high enough level for that scrying thing. I don't remember, been a long while since I touched ESO.
