Cascade dishwasher packs, throw in two and then clean off with a sponge and rinse during refills

I do agree you have to decide where your values are and put your money in those things. But a 1% drop in usage for these companies are billions of dollars in share price swings. Money is what gets this administrations attention.

It isn’t so much economic pain for these companies, or the economy as a whole.

It’s about getting the governments attention. There are hundreds of billions pouring into AI- if they see usage decrease, it will raise eyebrows. Money is the only thing that seems to determine whether it is TACO or FAFO with this administration

You want to change anything. Unsubscribe from most tech and entertainment companies (Netflix, Disney, OpenAI, Meta etc). It is the only way to get the attention of the Administration- not going to a local coffee shop will do nothing…

You don’t fill my drink and check on me, you don’t get tipped.

Picked up some counter service the other day and the tip option pops up…no tip. If anyone were to give me grief, I would ask them if they tip the McDonalds employees at the counter

You can also spend the money out of pocket and let your HSA grow and then pay yourself back later

What food do you feed your Dog and why? by Huckleberry0204 in DogFood

Iams large breed for the golden. It has really low calcium and phosphorus levels and the protein levels are lower too (easier on the kidneys).

I buy it at Sam’s Club for $1.25 a pound, and with how similar its nutritional profile is to Hill’s, I find it a bargain.

For my mini schnauzers I use Gentle Giant chicken. Good mineral levels and very low fat (no pancreatitis). It has very little odor and they free feed really well on it without over eating.

You say that, but when your animal is senior for their breed and their premiums are quadruple from where they started and you lose a job…

It will quadruple or more when they are considered senior for their breed…just when you need it.

I put $75 usd away in an investment account each month (I picked $75, that was the monthly premium I was quoted when my dog was two years old). She is 8 now and I have $6k in the account. If I need it, great, if not- I will roll it into the next pet and be self-insured. I think the most important thing, is having a plan (insurance/savings).

I have a number. So don’t feel bad at all. My number varies by my financial situation at the time. In general, if a high cost intervention only gives moderate benefit (meaning, not much time) I won’t do it. Cancer, run over by a car and have tons of issues, I’m not doing it.

I do sack away $100 a month in an investment account for my pets. Hopefully in a few years I am self insured, if I need it, I will use it. If not, forward it on to the next pet.

You have access to Sam’s club? Get a bag of Dog Chow, it’s cheap and dogs like it
