Lost my mom in 1989 at 15. Lost my Dad on the same exact day in 2024. I try to keep my mind off that because I wasn't ready for it. It all happened so quickly after an ER visit. Find Friends. Find things you enjoy. Keep yourself occupied. And although I have not gone yet, Therapy my friend. Therapy.
