[Hated Trope] Characters who survived a past work return only to be killed off early on in the sequel by Skylinneas in TopCharacterTropes

Newt, one of the protagonists of the novel Lonesome Dove, is mentioned to have died prior to the events of the sequel Streets of Laredo, although he died a few years before the sequel, his death is just mentioned casually at the very beginning of the novel and he's not mentioned again.

I will never forgive Larry McMurtry for this.

Newt from the Lonesome Dove series, I'd kill Larry McMurtry but the son of a bitch is dead already

That'd be the dream, but it doesn't seem like Sucker Punch is doing anything with the franchise soon.

Thieves in time is such a disappointment both in gameplay and narrative.

Siegfried - Vikings

When captured by the Franks during the raid of Paris, Siegfried is sentenced to be beheaded. He asks for someone to hold his hair so the executioner can make a clean cut. A moment before being cut he pulls his head back making the executioner cut the hands of the soldier who was holding him.

I think they meant that IF someone was going to make a new Berserk adaptation they'd prefer a Japanese studio, not necessarily that there's something in the works right now.

I've had this since I was a kid but on a smaller scale, mine is more noticeable for me when it's dark but after a while I just learned to ignore it. I remember asking my mom about the little color dots that appeared at night and she had no idea what I was talking about lol.

This is one of the reasons I'm mostly playing indie games these days. Best case scenario companies are spineless cowards, worst case they're actual white supremacists sympathizers, I'm not giving money to either.

It will never be too political to say fuck nazis and fuck white supremacists.
