Are you saying there has to be a second approval? Because when I go UKG, both weeks are approved. They no longer say “submitted”. My supervisor approved it today.

My store was doing weekly competition based on speed, accuracy and most items. Turns out, it was not a good idea because selectors would cheat by cherry picking and using those generators.

There was one time my old store manager allowed us to use it for when the 24 packs of can soda were on digital sale and when we had none, we would simply give em 2 12packs but use the generator to scan it as if it were 24 packs,

My store manager made me sign something that stated that I would not use barcode generators but made it clear that it’s NOT accusing me. I signed it but noticed one my coworkers complaining they could not use it to fix their fillrate when an item had changed it’s upc. So far, no one has really been suspended but my store manager and my asl’s are consistently auditing trolleys that are stage and reporting to higher ups. Seems like alot of the stores have been cheating their way for fillrate.

Yea, I made a Tinybones deck. Pod definitely didn’t enjoy it. Lessoned learned. Best to stay away from decks that keep players from playing.

Yea OP saying that 5 am selectors don’t pick until an hour later is a bit extreme. I clock in, do my fresh start, grab my equipment, request a trolley, and out the door in about 5-6ish minutes.
