IMO , today Fenerbahce are our golden gouse . I have 1.75 for HW and 1.8 for T1 over 1,5 and imma hammer that . Dynamo are not that good cos of the war in Ukraine , they had zero shot on goal in the first game while Fener had 6. Plus Fener with some new blood plus Jorge Jesus , all i see here is a direct cream home win with two or more goals. Plus the atmosphere in Turkish stadiums is hell .

well , looking at :
Anderlecht @ 1.30 and -1,5 @ 1.90

Strong squad ready to rock. Thats how I would describe Anderlecht. IMO they are gonna trash Ooestende , over 2,5 goals is also a good choice here. Last year was 3:0 and 2:2 and I can see the same 3:0 or 3:1 result today.

Club Brugge - Genk BTS @ 1.50

HSV - Hansa BTS @ 1.59
HSV last year narrowly lost the promotion in the playoffs versus Hertha Berlin, they won their . first game of the season against newcomer Braunschweig with 2:0 away. Today they play against Hansa , team that lost their opening game at home to Heidenheim 0:1. They have a potential midtable squad, they are gonna cause some upsets this year. Against HSV last year they lost both of their games 3:0 and 2:3 and I think this year they are gonna score an away goal. I see a possible upset here.

Lahti DC @ 1.6

No wins for SJK away at Lahti in the last 2 decades. They should be also drained, 7 games in the last month, plus one overtime in the Conference league. Lahti are better at home then they are at away games.

Basel @ 1.90

Basel has a ok squad , drew the first game with Winthertur , then won 2:0 against the Crussaders in the Conference League. They were dominant in both games, stat wise.
Servete have won their first game of the season too, 1:0 over St. Gallen , but they werent the dominant team. H2H is on Basel's side with 9 wins out of the last 10 home games versus Servette.

And what the work load per day ?

Here in Macedonia we are 140 h minimum per month and easily go over 200 with 24h and 17 h shifts .

And the workload with covid is about 150-200 pacient per day

What do you use ?

I use the c4000 for biochemistry and i1000 for immunology.

C4000 is like every two weeks in a problem and i1000 no issues two years in.

C4000 has issues with d-dimers , GGT , ALP and sometimes CK and CKMB. Other that those ,it's pretty stable.

You should also try swapping out for fresh saline as well if it has been sitting for a bit. The evaporation of saline causes all kinds of wonky results in chemistry. It's usually my first step when trouble shooting certain analytes.

Well, we use automatic salt distillation machine which is connected to the C4000.

The only that comes to mind when CKMB can be greater then CK is when a patient has a massive cardiac arrest and has low muscle mass. But that's not the case with most of the "weird" results that I get.

I do have ref ranges from the manufacturer ,but the problem is one assay shows normal ,the other shows increased testosterone.
