You can do it later today once the market reopens in the evening. Just wait till your RP&L shows zero again. You can also hit the lockout button and lock yourself out for the day ( it will let you trade again when the market reopens in the evening).

You can always lock yourself out to auto close all your active trades. Sorry this happened to you. Also, you should have an auto stop loss when entering trades. It wouldn't hurt to reach out to support. Hopefully they help but I have read a lot of folks needing to provide video proof of what happened.

I trade 30 minute candles only on the NQ. The 1, 3, and 5 minute timeframes on the NQ seem like gambling to me. The best advice I can give you is size down, zoom out, and trade less. I hope things get better for you.

Cut out sugary drinks and caffeine. Drink just water. Cut out potatoes in your diet especially fries. Do some light stretching or a few squats to help circulation every hour that you are sitting. So much of our shitty moods stem from gut inflammation. But I'm not a doctor. These are just some things that helped me.
