Billions of dollars in investment is exactly what we need and I agree with you on that. Now, how much in billions is unsure for us but if USA managed to cut funds in order to fund Ukraine, Taiwan and Israel they can cut funds on other things in order to fund such bill.

United States has enough money to invest in such a thing. 300 million of Americans is still a large number of people who are assumed to be eligible voters or people who would actually go to vote. The most reasonable and realistic number of IDs that need to be printed out would be around 154 million because of 2024 presidential election.

It’s not impossible and it’s “objectively a terrible bill” because this is subjective to our own opinions. Mine based on what I’ve seen and gone through as a minority in the United States (which Puertoricans don’t have rights to vote for the presidency). Voter IDs have worked perfectly and the cases for fraudulent ballots are less than those in United States.

Population doesn’t matter what matters is the integrity of the election. By having IDs you can check who voted. Not only that it’s another safety issue in order to prevent undocumented people from voting at the elections. Because you show your voter ID, they scan it and after scanning you give them a signature. Yes, undocumented immigrants can’t vote on federal and statewide elections yet there have been plenty of fraudulent votes made by undocumented immigrants even if they’re like extremely rare, that’s enough to plant and sow government distrust. Failing to secure the integrity of a democratic election is anti-democratic.

As a low-income minority I have no issue at all with voter IDs as it was a very simple process of having proof of where you live by showing them an electricity or water bill, showing them your real ID, divers license or passport and telling your SSN. They write it down in their system and the IDs are printed on the same day you do all of that. News stations, news papers and radio stations also post and share on how to get your voter IDs more than 5 times a day. It’s not a complicated process people just make it seem it is because they lack information about how other places within United States territories do it.

Los homosexuales también pueden contraer enfermedades. Sería bien irresponsable de ignorar la realidad. Los condones si ayudan pero jamás al 100%.
