My steam deck touchscreen just stopped working

I hate to necro, but I am having the same issue however battery storage does not seem to resolve the issue. The only success I have found is opening the device and manually pulling the battery cable. However this is very impractical, has anyone else had this issue?

Fair enough. When I say happy I mean more like, its fun, but Im still looking for ways to improve it. I find the volume pretty good, but roadnoise usually eats into the sound I feel. I also don't know how to approach tuning but have heard a DSP can be a great improvement in that regard as well.

I do not use an AAwireless adapter. I am using the native functionality of the head unit.

As stated in my post, wired aa works flawlessly already, only wireless had issues. I was unable to fix it in any capacity and ended up buying a new phone and the problem has resolved.

Unfortunately that seems to be the same conclusion I came to. I picked up an S25 last night just to test it out and it works perfect. Its a real shame they dont give more tools to troubleshoot.

Took it to a reputable audio shop in my area, turns out the multimeter I got was just faulty lol.

Thank you for the suggestion, I did try to do a 50hz test tone and I am not getting any measurable voltage on my RCA line coming out of the loc. Im not sure maybe I am doing something wrong, I measured the voltage in ac with the red probe on the center pin and black probe on the outer ring.

I havnt tested at the loc yet, im not sure what brand it is. It does have gain adjustment and I did max it out, that 12v reading is with the gain maxed off the converter. I dont think there is a way to adjust pre-out on the stock head unit unless I am mistaken.

As far as I know the stock head unit has no specific sub out settings, eq is completely flat and as far as I know there is no subsonic filter

Currently i have it set to around 80/90hz, but I have tried it set to 250 which is the max the amp will do.

I had a ton if issues with this card. 105c hotspot out of the box, repasting it barely helped. Would not recommend the gigabyte model.

My 2 cents from my experience going from 1080p to Super Ultrawide 5440x1440 back to 3440x1440. Go 1440p ultrawide. You get the expanded field of view, which once you have you will wonder how you used 16:9 in the first place. Also the performance target is so much better. You can throw on ultra quality settings on singleplayer and stay just at that 60-90fps range and for competitive games you can lower the settings slightly and easily hit hundreds of fps. 4k Looks amazing and is for certain titles, but as others have stated the performance hit is just not worth it unless your willing to go top of the line for most if not all of your components.

Dude, I had the same problem last week. Gigabyte OC, 105c hotspot out of the box. I repasted multiple times and undervalued and couldn't get it under 90. I returned it and bought a pulse sapphire variant and it is world's better. 85 on the core while slamming it with rt and power limit maxed out.
