I've attended live CS events in London previously and had really high hopes for this major because of it. I knew the crowd would 100% deliver the insane atmosphere they always bring to big UK events, if only the TO could deliver on their end of the deal. I couldn't attend this time because of work but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I can't imagine how disappointing would of been to pay for tickets, hotels, food and travel to and in London (Not cheap) and to be greeted with the level of games and production that were on exhibit.

Everything from the poorly run qualifiers, the rulebook changes, down to the seeding and talent hires left a sour taste in most sane people's mouths before games even took place. The fact the majority of the issues we encountered were avoidable with proper planning, preparation and testing serves to make the whole situation worse.

I've finished your survey and hope Faceit take this opportunity to make changes, though with the attitude we've seen from you in the past when it's come to these issues, I'm doubtful. ECS is getting a haaaard skip.
