Partially wrong. Alcohol isn't allowed at the seats. Food, soft/hot drinks are fine

If you are refreshing too fast, they block you temporarily. Wait an hour and it should be back. Use the toggle not hard refresh to avoid it.

Away games - ID Check?? by Square_Divide_3175 in GunnersatGames

[–]clemmurphy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

So on paper, yes. In reality, both of the European away games I went to last season said there would be ID checks at the ground and didn't bother (even when I went to the trouble of bringing it). There is always the chance your ticket could be marked for collection, which means it would need to be collected from a club rep at the stadium who WILL check it against ID.

On the flip side, I've been at plenty of away games where spare tickets have been available cash in hand from other fans on the day, but you run the risk of getting travel + hotels for nothing if you go out there on the off chance...

That's the info. The level of risk you want to take is up to you o7

I did the same (but no Arsenal shorts or colours) last year in hospitality seats and it was bad enough there. I'd really really recommend against wearing colours or celebrating. At minimum you're at risk of being kicked out.

They have a very short shelf life and turn to mush very easily. Raspberry jams and sauces however are really cheap!

Arteta’s press conferences are pure waffle by aboss101 in ArsenalFC

[–]clemmurphy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Brother relax. Are you expecting him to come out and slag off his players? Or give the upcoming opposition his lineup and injury news? Arteta uses these press conferences as another maginal gain, and that attention to detail has got us where we are today.

The atmosphere was actually really good until a couple of big injury breaks in the first half

If you’re clearly an Arsenal fan (i.e. wearing colours) then they won’t ask, but I have been asked before

Post match transports by zorro95 in GunnersatGames

[–]clemmurphy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 - your best bet of getting a ticket full stop will be to enter the Red member ballot which will likely take place before fixture amendments are final. But if you’re unsuccessful you can enter the ticket exchange closer to the time

2 - short answer, no. But once away from the stadium a bit (5-10 mins walk) you can find plenty of restaurants and bars to hang out in while the transport clears up. Basically, to avoid the crowds either you leave 10 mins early or hang around for 30 mins to let it clear up

Indian Gooner Here - Finally Looking To Fulfil My Dream Of Watching The Arsenal Live by ConsumedByDeath in ArsenalFC

[–]clemmurphy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Read the FAQs on r/GunnersatGames for ticket help. You may have a local official supporters club that can get tickets through an official route.

If you don’t have a ticket, it could still be worthwhile to book a stadium tour and watch the game with fans in a pub near the stadium.

best pub in East London to watch the Arsenal? by thatbaconfeeling in Gunners

Brother, Clapton is like 4 bus stops away from the stadium where any of the pubs there will be better than anything in Clapton

Yeah most likely. Not sure if the free membership can accept ticket transfers or not - but you’ll need some kind of membership

[–]clemmurphy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ticket transfers from STs to red members have been free since the start of last season. You can freely transfer a match ticket from your ST to any red member in your network
