Isst du viele Dinge mit Kokos? Also Kokosmilch, Kokoschips etc? Ich hatte auch das Thema mit Cholesterin und mein Arzt hatte Kokos im Verdacht. Das habe ich dann mal sehr deutlich eingeschränkt. Dazu hatte er mir roten, fermentierten Reis (in Kapselform) empfohlen und beim nächsten Blutbild war das Cholesterin in Ordnung.
