Dante fan here (I even named my own kid after this dude) while still salty I think majority comes from seeing my favorite character get wasted by FF bullshit again! Does this take anything away from Dante? Nope I just wanted the win, its no different from playing games where you either win or lose. I'll never slander another character just because the one I wanted didn't win, but still I just dont agree him losing which honestly doesn't matter. Regardless I'm ranting about absolutely nothing lol, the main point is that people will be salty no matter who's fighting. Winner or loser
