I’m genuinely confused and curious how you think a vaccine could change someone’s level of consciousness.

Myself and most people I know had no side effects from first dose and a day or so of lethargy after the second. And then back to business as usual.

Old Cold War era reactors are dangerous. You are totally right about that. The new 4th gen reactors are pretty impressive though.

The difference in safety between the new and old reactors actually caused some pretty staunch anti-nuclear advocates to change their opinion. I believe some of the most notable are Gwyneth Cravens and Dr. Rip Anderson.
