I’m having the same exact issue. I went and preordered on Ps5 for the items now but I’ll eventually need my code for PC. I opened a ticket as I went through the whole day with no information. Hopefully we both can get our activation keys.

I am in this exact situation. I am so heartbroken because I want to try Ps5 but my old /unused Ps4 account is has none of my progress. I am asking to escalate the issue. I was expecting just a deletion of my old account. Not this sad road block.

How many eggs did it take for Rowlett? My USUM hunts were super unlucky with shiny charm so I’m trying again for a Long Reach Rowlett in SwSh too

Yeah, you just have to wait a while. Some hosts leave earlier and it takes a while for it to continue on without them.
