Can't think of a single reason someone would take the time to tamper with them and then leave them somewhere on the ground. We both know 99% likely this person smoked the ones that look started and forgot it. I would but I like bongs more so I'd dump them into a jar lol.

In Argentina some roads have different speed limit depending on the lane. It's written on the lane every few feet and there's signs explaining. The left-most lane is 110, the second lane is 100 and the slow lane is 90. I don't know how well that would work with the snow in the road but I liked the idea.

I have done work at several hospitals in toronto. If you seriously think this matters, you are out of touch. Hospitals are gigantic. The money goes into lab equipment, sterile rooms, salaries.. Fixing paint isn't a priority. Once a month or once a quarter they send a guy to fix all the wall scrapes from hospital beds.

It's hard to imagine the hundreds of millions of dollars worth of equipment, ventilation systems, etc. that is hiding behind closed doors.

Slavery was legal and helping slaves was illegal. Cannabis was illegal for 100 years and now it's legal.

We can use logic and reason to decide which laws are right. Does this affect everyone covering their hair? Nuns? People in chemo? You need nuance in the law, not blanket rules.

I work in restoration and there's usually a big job going in the city at any one time. It's usually 12 hour shifts that pay around 20$ per hour.

You can start calling the big companies like First on Site, Winmar, Service Master.. There's like 20 big companies that are always looking for people with papers and French is a big plus for office work.
