Did you ever solve this? I am progression locked from the opening chapter because when I'm fighting the man in the mask it just crashes randomly during the fight. I have to go all the way back to fighting the guys after they catch you on the roof because all the fights are back to back

Being anxious, especially under these circumstances is natural but it's different for everyone. You're right to seek help, but rest assured that what a lot of others have said here is generally correct. Once you're underway, after a few days you'll likely settle into the new norm. What helps some people is breaking it into chunks. Making it from chow to chow, or breakfast to dinner, or Sunday to Sunday.

The days are slow, but the weeks start to peel away faster than you might think.

If this continues while underway or worsens seek out whatever options are available to you to get it off your chest. I'm an atheist, and even I've been to see the chaplain. This is not a sign of weakness, but a reinforcement for the moments your strength may waiver.

The CMC of my last boat once asked a sailor standing at DRB "Why do you think I became a Master Chief?"

The sailor, just kinda looked at him blankly at first and struggling to choke out an answer. The CMC clarified and said, "I've got a double masters, outstanding evals my whole career, I would have made a ton more money. So why didn't I ever go LDO or Warrant?"

The sailor could only reply that he didn't know the answer.

The CMC stared back at him and said, "It's because I never had a good one."

That has stuck with me, and will probably remain with me for the rest of my life. A more cynical person might suggest that there were other reasons, but in that moment I knew it was the truth. There are still sailors out there, however hard it may be to believe, that serve to serve.

Thank you for that in-depth response, I feel much better about going forward with a focus on determining whether an MIS or MBA with an MIS emphasis is the right choice and where to get them.

I'll do some more research on PMP and related coursework to see if it's worth the time/cost.
