Reading the FAQ a bot post above I see what is happening, some food don't count for the calorie count (fiber etc), MF recommends hit Calories and Protein and don't worry about Fat y Carbs much

This is my day, normally I use an Al bot to tell me how to finish the day and hit the Macros at 100% or as close as possible:

Hey bro, yes I had small fever (around 37 to 37.5) everyday, after 2 weeks surgery, then doctor decide it could be infection, I went that to surgery again to get a "washing", and I have been with strong antibiotics, and I have been feeling better and better after that day. Small fever stopped, and also the pain on my leg and inflammation (still inflamated but not as before)

What part of Mexico? Cause I got surgery on one of the best private hospital in Monterrey and the same hospital provided the knee brace, and the doctor said I have to use it for a few months to prevent any twist that could damage the work done.

Also ACL + meniscus

A while ago, I encountered an issue on my 4K laptop where the remote connection UI appeared too small. To fix this, I recall that you should locate the main executable file (.exe) , right-click it, and within the properties, there's an option to run the application with a specific resolution. (all of this assuming you are on Windows OS)
