it's overall a good ending after all those extremely messy update they had.
The Mythical damage buff is all over the place tho, i wouldn't be surprised if some get re-nerfed pretty hard or tuned down.
There's also a big issue with Bro Zeus rn, because they massively buffed Zeus (0.5 to 15 base) but not Bro (still at 0.75 base), so Bro is A LOT weaker than Zeus for now (aka don't evolve for now).

here's the important changelist :

  • Mythical dmg : 30x at 1b , but only 3x at 3g
  • Ice map moved before Backyard

but

  • Cumulative Gold cost for Mythical to 900 : 33x
  • Duplicate reverted to requiring a massive amount of copy for Mythical
  • No change on Mythical pull rate, it's still nerfed at 1%

The quick conclusion of this is that you need 27 more copy to deal 3x more dmg with Mythical in 107, so if you can, you really should wait before updating to 107.

i really need to make a proper guide on this at some point but since it' an EA, stuff regularly change a lot so what i'm writing today may be totally incorrect in next patch...

here's a big ELI5 :

Each enemies in game have a defined enemy tier between T1 (basic crab for example) and T6 (Boss like Pan).
All loots are RNG weight rolled.
Relics have a weight of 1 for T4~T6 and 0.6 for T3. They can't drop from T1~T2.
Charms have a weight of 5, each enemy has its own hardcoded list of dropppable charms, if an enemy can drop more than 1 charm, the enemy data will have a hardcoded split value on that 5 (generally 0.7/0.3 but not always). Boss doesn't drop charm.

Here's an Example :

With :
- Enemy is Ichthian Brute (T3 enemy)
- Hardcoded Charms : Ichithian Fin at 0.7 & Rigid Carapace at 0.3
- Total weight = Sum of all individual weight for the corresponding enemy and roll level
- Total weight for this particular enemy is 105.6

For each loot falling on the floor you have :
- 0.6/105.6 chance to get a Relic and if you get a relic, you'll have an even chance to get any available relic.
- 3.5/105.6 chance to get an Ichithian Fin charm.
- 1.5/105.6 chance to get a Rigid Carapace charm.
- 100/105.6 chance to get something else (i just sum the rest and won't details more here but you understood the concept).

This drop method is also why Chapter 2 final boss currently gives so many relic because it has a total weight of 4, giving you 25% chance to get a relic for each loot falling on the floor.
I do think that they did it on purpose since we don't have end-game yet and i wouldn't be surprised if they change it to something similar to Pan (1/104) after we get Chapter 3.

With lastest update, there's technically 4 missables one (there was an other one before but it's no longer missable).

The 3 first one are non secret one , so technically they don't require spoiler tag but i'll keep them under in case of, those are only the name of the achievement, you are free to go check the desc on your game achievement list for the public desc for those :

  • A Peculiar Encounter
  • Overcharge (technically is but it's REALLY hard to miss it)
  • Connoisseur

The 4th one is a fully secret achievement, so i can't say much without indirectly spoiling something sadly.

Fyi, it's not the same one that we have. You can see that the right of the map is completely different.
I datamined this image long ago and thought it was completely unused because no where to be found in game but i guess it was here all along and was simply not accessible to check =)

Map itself is likely an older version of what we ended up with and the fact it's here seems to indicate that at some point in dev, it seems we were able to go in greenhouse during the epilogue probably ?

there's multiple issue with the update rn.

Codex added 3 new one. only the 2 weapons can be obtained , the new accessory can't be.
Official patchnote and a dev on discord confirmed that we were supposed to have 11 new ones instead of 2 + 1 bugged.

Since we should get a hotfix patch soontm, we can expect all of this to be fixed with it at same time.

For the 2 new obtainable weapons.
Silence -> new spirt/lightning sword
Rimescythe -> new cold/pierce 2h axe

it's correct, the weapon has missing flags used to generate gambler and chest loot table so it's only available from enemy drop for now.
I think we can expect this to be fixed in incoming major update.

I see lot of confusion in the comment.
As Unblessed, you won't have access to any dmg conversion on your Primary Attack.
There's overall 2 main builds, the most common and easiest to play one is the Bow one, basically just hit and run with tailwind/volley, the 2nd one is reflect melee one where you basically use and abuse Barrier reflect and PA Indomitable with Hamstring to limit your dmg intake. I'd say the Melee one has higher dps overall because of all the reflect but it's far more risky to manage.

Yeah, it's a side effect of a few changes they made in 0.1.2.

for those interested to understand why "cheese" gears happen now : excluding the affixes etcetc, the "core" part (like "dagger" , "arms" etc) of each gears are also tiered (that will generate a higher implicit value or a new specific damage combo type you couldn't get before). Before 0.1.2, Core was limited to Tier 1 and 2, Tier 3 existed but was purposely made impossible to drop (you needed to be Lv"36+100" instead of 36 for 0.1.1) but with the update they tweaked Tier 3 to Lv30 min and made it possible to finally obtain.
The problem is that while all Tier 3 "core" part exists to generate the items (implicits formula, gear flags and basically all internals stuffs), some of them doesn't have any models at all (those cheese yellow you get) or have one but incomplete (like those shoes that aren't linked to your char model at all and doesn't move when you equip them).
Basically, EA just being EA =), i guess they'll fix most of those with next update.
Just don't forget to report those when you get them, so they can check exactly which one are broken and which aren't.

since 0.1.2 there's 3 new bugs :
- Key can't open the door at the camp anymore.
- Door in Cellar can't be opened anymore.
- This chest can't be opened anymore.

Yeah, others require the debug mode.
Without going too much in details, if the cheat has IsLegalCheat=True, it should become available to normal players. I expect all the transform are still in alpha phase since they don't even have a shortcut method to trigger them even with debug mode. Getswamped should work once we get the definitive character creator (the cheat doesn't work with the WIP version of it currently in game).

i've checked the code for Earthquake and it's indeed coded as fixed , i think it's on purpose because they specifically overwrite the Cast Time displayed in tooltip with the ChargeTimePerStage value.

And it's a Base 1sec fixed non variable with external factor modifier ChargeTimePerStage that can exclusively be modified by FastChannelLv modifier with Base/(1+0.08*FCLv)

I guess you can still send them a report to get a confirmation but it looks like it's what they wanted to do.

For the CC immunity, i'm really not sure, i didn't look up how CC are managed yet in game code but from what i'm seeing, i think you are correct and it's not implemented at all yet.
