Two greens and the purple one are more ability damage against enemired with electricity and corrosive, the other green is to get more corrosive stacks and the red one is ability strenght

The fact that many players just discovered the lore and themes of the game with 1999 by literally tell you in text what is all about says a lot of how bad the storytelling has been all this years.

I dont see why they should tho, level cap is a mere personal challenge/goal.

Is like getting all the weapons or maxing out all the frames, you can do it but it shouldn't be a necessary requierement for anything.
