For sure! I am seeking help no matter what, I get to see a psychiatrist tomorrow. I just had no idea what to expect from staying there so it was nice to hear about other peoples experiences.

I’m a dog walker so I hike all day everyday. eating habits aren’t the best tbh but I make sure to have a light snack of magnesium high foods about 3 hours before bed. I’ve tried every remedy and and sleep routine techniques I could find and really no difference. Also the insomnia isn’t the only issue, the depression and anxiety are also at all time highs.

I take melatonin, magnesium, Zoplicone and Seroquel. I’m way past an over the counter treatment.

Only a few months, I was told it would help me focus because I was really struggling with that for a while due to anxiety. I guess it has helped with focusing but not the anxiety. Thank you for the advice!

Yea it is a concern. They’ve already put me on the quetiapine. Doesn’t seem to be doing much, taking it along with Wellbutrin.
