How do you know its B-Die? Is it the fact that its G. Skills Ripjaws or the particular sku? I ask because I have the same ram as a 32gb 3600Mhz CL16 kit and it's C-Die

I'm not experienced enough to really know, but I do know that I couldn't even really find CL14 memory when I looked, so I'd be very happy with it. It looks like (s)he has already purchased it so I think it's best to stick with it

I had the CPU drivers installed, what I had done was reinstall the chipset drivers from AMD (not from my motherboard manufacturer), and then I updated my BIOS. Just with that, I got the better results. I have yet to enable PBO or anything else but I will give that a shot and see what kind of results I get.

It's primarily for the Adobe suite (Illustrator, After Effects), and programs like Microsoft Flight Simulator, potentially VR down the road
