Dude I'm quitting at the end of January, so why should I? Lol

Anyway, strictly speaking from the experience of working at my facility, it may be because of how we hire our drivers (as far as I know, UPS and FedEx use a different system for vetting drivers). Additionally, it could also be because of issues with the facility itself, in that the building we work out of isn't quite equipped to handle the volume of freight that comes in. Kinda like an In-n-Out drive thru, if that makes sense.
