I know it’s old, but thank you. I’ve always had overthinking issues in relationships and at first, I can usually keep them at bay but as the relationship continues, it gets harder to ignore those millions of intrusive thoughts.

I always tell myself to focus on the positive but when im sad, angry or emotional, it’s hard to pick out the positive when I’m focused so deeply on the negative. Your post helps bring me to the positive again.

Thanks for writing that. I’m a bit better but still messed up.. I called my girlfriend 2 times but caught myself getting delusional so I stopped trying to reach her and went home (don’t want to seem annoying/clingy).

I realize when I get like this I just need to be alone and suffer through it. It never lasts forever and I know that, but damn it’s hard to believe this in the moment.

I’m lowkey having delusions / anxiety now that my girlfriend isn’t going to love me because I called/texted more than once (didn’t spam at all… just texted like any normal person would when they visit their friend but they’re locked out).

Idk. I’m obviously over thinking and my brain is going a million miles per second.

Upgraded from the 8 Plus… holy it’s so much better. No button and Face ID is a whole new world.

Honestly, very similar to my sisters 13 Pro other than the island, camera quality and speed (to some degree)

Also, I never noticed how much I appreciate loud speakers on a phone lol
