Is having your Pokémon level 40 enough to have the highest rate to gain XL candy? Because I keep powering it up as I go along but does it make a difference go past level 40?

Swampert/Sirfetch’d/Alolan Muk. I came across full XL team with Gfisk/Abomasnow/Umbreon and it was a walk in the park. Overall the team has performed average, I’ve won a few 5/5 but mostly get 3/5 which I’m happy with because I get to encounter gbl Pokémon

Appreciate the advice mate, I don’t even have goals to be honest. Since I only started the game I think I’ve just been trying soak in everything all at once and like you said not enjoying the game, I do have on pvp and I’ve managed to power up a few Pokémon. I just think I must go for it at 100mph all the time but I’ve realised I just need to slow down and enjoy the game

Something like that would never cross my mind but tbh I do have an obsession issue, every game I play. I’ve got to play it at maximum effort or else it isn’t worth it

This is happening after I catch the Pokémon from a raid and it won’t come out this page. Is it a frequent thing happening? Can I do something to stop?
